A session starts with some relaxing massage movement helping you to relax and unwind. You will have a blanket to keep you warm throughout, as I work along the map of the reflex points- encouraging your body and mind to a place of rest.

Fertility Reflexology is a Specialist Reflexology Treatment, that I have been blessed to witness with clients- from Fertility Reflexology to Maternity Reflexology- In keeping with the theory of Reflexology practice we can encourage our body to regulate and change through regular sessions, and stress relief.
I also incorporate a few other modalities into these sessions.
