The Relaxology® Method
The Relaxology® method is the core of my practice and teaching.
It ensures every client is honoured, where deep relaxation is created, held and deepened through presence. It's a way of working that teaches you how to read and respond to each person's needs, ensuring every treatment flows, following the rhythm of the individual.
Below I'll outline some of the foundational values taught here with a brief outline of what you learn, so you can decide if they are the right fit for you and your next steps.
With Sacred Therapist Academy you'll learn;
PRESENCE FIRST
You learn about how your presence introduces you before touch or technique begin; how you show up- your breath, your energy, your awareness, your manner. This all sets the tone before you've made a single movement. You learn how to cultivate, embody and hold this throughout treatments.
HEART-CENTRED
You learn about Leading from your heart, Working with intention; from a place of care, honouring and respect. You learn the importance of how and why we work from the heart centre while doing treatments and holding space for another person.
TIME-HONOURED WISDOM
You learn about the traditions behind this work that have been practised and respected for generations. I am committed to preserving, sharing and carrying forward the ancient wisdom and technique. You learn how to embrace these generations of knowledge while bringing it into modern trending practice, keeping your service rooted and relevant.
YOUR OWN FLOW
You learn about reading the client while you work and using what you notice and pick up on to enhance their experience as an individual, rather than performing a scripted and counted sequence repeatedly on everyone, as this is what creates the robotic service. You learn to trust and embrace your own intuition while working with and reading the person in front of you.
What do training days look like?
Training days are one-to-one, or small groups of 2-4, keeping them incredibly relaxed.
We all have different brains and learning styles, this is the main reason for keeping groups small- you and your learning style will receive ample time. You can expect to give and receive treatments throughout the training day(s) this is to ensure adequate time for each person to be guided to learn through different learning aspects; feeling, watching, exploring and adapting for themselves.
Training manuals are provided and contain extra blank pages so each person can write/re-write in their own words for their understanding to take away.
Whatsapp groups are available on completion to stay in touch and have a place for further advice and resource.
IPHM certificates given on successful completion. And accepted by most top UK insurers.

Using the 'Book Your Place' button on the course will send an email to register your interest, from there you can receive more detail and pay your deposit (please note deposits are non-refundable, they can be moved to another training date within 3 months)
