A 30 minute session of Reflexology.

Perfect for children and busy adults with little time to spare,  but still want a treatment.

A shorter session doesn't mean less effective, all the reflex points are still worked and all the benefits are still felt just within a time frame that suits you.

A one hour session starts with opening relaxing massage on the feet and lower legs, working along the reflex points on the feet with lots of time to work on any areas showing issues and finished with Chalation- a method of moving your own energy, through your own body, moving any stagnant energy and encourage good flow of energy.

Fertility Reflexology is a Specialist Reflexology Treatment, that I have been blessed to witness with clients- from Fertility Reflexology to Maternity Reflexology- In keeping with the theory of Reflexology practice we can encourage our body to regulate and change through regular sessions, and stress relief. 

I also incorporate a few other modalities into these sessions.

First consultation is £65 lasting 1hr 30mins includes Reflexology.

A block booking of Reflexology is one session per week for 6 weeks, saving money on individual bookings.

6 weeks, every week, is the optimum for Reflexology. A single session will benefit a person greatly, it's also short-term, which is great if that's what they're after.

If a person is looking more long term benefit 6 weeks would be recommended.

Nervous system work along the spine encourages the body into the parasympathetic state of 'rest and digest'.  Different techniques and depths of pressure are used throughout.

Half-Body covers head, neck, shoulders, back, arms and hands.  Can be adjusted to work more on your areas of choice within that.

Working the nervous system on the spine to encourage that parasympathetic state of rest and digest. Hitting on all the upper body pressure points also to aid the body and mind in relaxation. Different techniques, strectches and depths of pressure used.

Pressure point stimulation, with both light and deep pressure releasing tension spots in the head neck and shoulders. Stretching and freeing the muscles around the ears and temples furthering and deepening relaxation. The Rosemary infused oil that has been worked through the scalp is then taken through the hair-gently combing it all through.

Dermaplaning can also reduce the appearance of fine lines such as around the 'crows feet' area.

Our facial (including dermaplaning if desired)  continues as nature's best. The head, neck and shoulder massage combines a few different techniques and pressures, stretches and pressure point release.  Hot Stones Soothing all the built up tension and stress and letting it all melt away. Rosemary infused oil is used for the head massage part of this treatment and can be taken through the hair to nourish it.
